Village is becoming Guildara. Today, we share this news with our community — and we’re excited to explain why. This isn’t just a new name or logo; it’s the natural next step in our journey together. As we’ve grown, our community and the impact we create together have outgrown “Village.” Guildara reflects both who we’ve been and who we are becoming.
When Village began, it grew from a simple idea — “It takes a village to raise a child.” We believed then, as we do now, that how kids spend their out-of-school hours is key to unlocking their potential, and that everyone in Village — providers, families, donors — shares in this mission.
As our community has grown, we’ve welcomed more providers and families across regions, each with their own unique needs. Our donors are more engaged than ever, seeking greater customization and richer insights into the impact of their support. To serve you better — and to scale responsibly — we needed a name and identity built for the future. Village gave us the foundation; now our team is ready to build on it and expand what we can achieve together.
That’s where Guildara comes in. A guild is a larger, more organized collective — still human, still rooted in collaboration, but designed to grow, share skills, and multiply opportunities. Guildara carries forward the spirit of Village, with the strength and structure to shape the next chapter of our community.

Everything else inside your accounts will remain largely the same. Our mission, values, commitments, and the people behind them are unchanged. Same support, same software… just soon even better!
We know change feels big. But for us, this is an evolution, not a departure. You’ll still see the familiar faces. You’ll still feel our community-first approach. There will still be the moments, the feedback, the conversations that shaped Village.

Not at all! Just head to guildara.com and log in with the same email and password you’ve always used. Everything else — schedules, registrations, setups, and account details — is right where you left it.
Nothing changes here. If you’ve collected registrations through Village, your payoffs will continue exactly as before — now sent under Guildara.

Yes — 100% of donations will continue going directly to support kids. You’ll keep receiving the same clear reports and updates that show the impact of your generosity.
Scholarships remain available for eligible activities, thanks to The Village Project. While Village is now Guildara, The Village Project itself isn’t changing — it remains an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to helping families access and afford extracurricular activities.
You’ll spot Guildara (formerly Village) in branding, emails, and the app interface starting on early November 2025.
