More scholarship funds available

Thanks to generous donors who support The Village Project, your organization—and every extracurricular business on Guildara—now has access to more scholarship funds each month. Amazing, right? You can see how your community has been using scholarships—and if you want to make the impact grow, you have options:

Share your offerings with ease

Drive more traffic to your activities and packs by promoting them directly on your website or social media. Go to your organization’s public page, filter by labels or search with keywords, copy the URL, and share—it’s that simple!

Multiple locations made simple

Stop retyping the same address for every activity! Your locations are now stored at the organization level, so you just select the right one when publishing. This keeps your listings consistent and professional. You can also display your locations on your public profile so families can easily see where you operate. Learn more

Start your own dedicated fund

The Village Project Scholarship General Fund is supported by generous individuals, companies, and public grants. But you can also create your own dedicated scholarship fund—a reserved “bucket” of funds that only your families and approved activities can access, ensuring extra support for your community!

Credit: more flexibility for you and your families

Available credit will still be applied automatically by default, but families can choose to hold onto their credit and use it for a future registration instead of applying it immediately. This update gives families more control and choice, so refunds in credit feel fair and flexible

Re-order registration questions with drag-and-drop

If you collect participant details through a registration form, you no longer need to delete and re-add questions to adjust the order. Now you can re-order questions instantly—just drag and drop, and the form updates right away.

A better way to support families: The new customer profile

You now have access to a dedicated profile page for each customer. From there, you can:

  • Help them manage their saved payment method.
  • Update their account information.
  • View and manage the participants they’ve added (add, edit, or remove).
  • Reset their password.

Smarter pack management

  • Manage demand with a dedicated pack roster—see who’s purchased a pack and how many uses they have left. Learn more.
  • Mute pack purchase emails if your inbox is overflowing. Learn more.

Purchase a pack on behalf of a customer

Now, when creating an order for your customers, you can choose to register a participant for an activity or purchase a pack on their behalf, so you can better support them. Learn more.

New Reports: Know what’s working

You asked, we listened. Our old report wasn’t cutting it—so we split it into two, with clearer insights:

  • Registrations Report: Track how families are engaging with your activities. See registrations, participants, and cancelations to help design activities that fit your community. Learn more.
  • Revenue Report: How’s your business doing? What’s growing? This report helps you spot your most popular—and most profitable—offerings. Learn more.

A little bump in the road

There was an outage on June 10–11 from our infrastructure provider that caused some hiccups in the platform. We’ve already made changes to help prevent this going forward and to deliver the reliable experience you deserve.

Sell class bundles: Want to encourage repeat attendance and make checkout easier for families? Now you can offer Packs—a bundle of prepaid class registrations, usually at a discounted price.

Need more liquidity early on? Want to secure a stronger initial commitment? Just set a percentage in the First Installment % field. The remaining balance will be automatically split into equal payments.

Discount codes are a great way to attract new participants and boost sales, but tracking their usage manually? Not ideal. Now, you can set eligibility rules to limit codes to specific activities or customers—giving you more control and fewer headaches.

Conflict alerts for resources

Managing resources efficiently is key—no one wants to show up and realize their instructor was double-booked! Now, when assigning a resource to a series, one-off, or rescheduling a booked appointment, you’ll get an instant alert if there’s a conflict due to availability overrides, buffer time, or existing assignments.

Multiple pricing rules

You already use pricing rules to adjust fees based on factors like membership status, additional supply needs, and transportation requirements. Now, you can combine multiple pricing rules to customize pricing even further!
