Scholarships Report
Transparency is key! If any of your activities are eligible for scholarships and at least one customer has clicked the "Check for scholarship" button, you’ll unlock access to the Scholarships Report. This report shows the real-time impact of the Guildara Scholarship Program on your business.
Here’s what you can track:
- Scholarship applications received
- How many were approved and used
- Total registrations funded by scholarships
- Number of participants sponsored
- The financial impact of scholarships on your revenue

Do you have a dedicated scholarship fund?

If your organization has its own scholarship fund — meaning funds you've raised or received from supporters, reserved exclusively for your families — you'll see an extra section in your report.
You’ll be able to track:
- The total amount of your dedicated funds that have been used
- The remaining balance available to support your families
If you're interested in offering more support, you can start your own dedicated scholarship fund. This is how you can get started.
