Share your offerings: spread the word to boost registrations

Organizations with the highest fill rates — and the biggest impact in their communities — have one thing in common: they regularly share their Guildara profile and activity links with families.

To help families find and register, you’ll want to share your links wherever your community already is — like your website, email newsletters, and social media.

Below are the easiest ways to share your offerings.

Share an activity

Sharing a specific activity is perfect when you want families to register for one class, camp, or event.

From the Activities tab

1. Go to the Activities tab.
2. Find the activity you want to share.
3. Click the More options menu (⋮) on the activity row.
4. Click Share and copy the link.

From the Calendar

You can also share directly from your calendar:

1. Go to the Calendar tab.
2. Click on the event block for the schedule you want to share.
3. Click the Share icon.

Share your organization profile

Your organization profile is a single page where families can browse all of your current activities, learn about your organization, and choose the program that's right for them. Share this link whenever you want to promote everything you offer.

1. Log in to Guildara.
2. From the sidebar, select Organization Profile.
3. Click Copy link.

Your public organization page link is automatically copied to your clipboard and is ready to paste wherever you want to share it.

Share a group of activities

If you want to promote a specific type of activity (for example, “Summer camps” or “Beginner classes”), you can share a filtered list.

1. Open your organization's public profile (using the steps above).
2. Use labels or the search bar to filter activities.
3. Copy the URL from your browser.

That link will take families directly to the filtered list you selected.

Share your packs

Packs can also be shared directly.

1. Open your organization's public profile.
2. Click the Packs tab.
3. Copy the URL from your browser.

This link will take families straight to your available packs.

Where to share your links

To get the most visibility, we recommend sharing your Guildara links on:

• Your website
• Email newsletters
• Instagram, Facebook, or other social channels
• Direct messages to families who ask how to register
