We’re always improving Guildara and releasing new features! Sometimes, your browser may store an older version of the software, which can cause issues. A hard refresh can help load the newest version of the software and solve those issues. Learn how to hard refresh on different devices:

Hard refresh on Windows:

• Google Chrome, Edge, or Firefox: Press Ctrl + Shift + R
• Alternative method: Hold Ctrl and click the Reload button

Hard refresh on Mac:

• Google Chrome or Firefox: Press Command (⌘) + Shift + R
• Safari: Press Command (⌘) + Option + R
