Payment schedules: when do I get paid?
If you’re wondering about payoffs, here’s what you need to know. If you haven't connected your Stripe account yet, follow these steps to get started.
What are “Payoffs”?
A “Payoff” is the transfer Guildara sends to your connected Stripe account. It includes payments collected from your customers and scholarship-funded registrations, minus Stripe processing fees (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) and any applicable Guildara platform fees (1% per transaction). This transfer represents your business earnings on Guildara.
The applicable Guildara platform fees depend on your organization's pricing plan at the time the payments were collected.
Payoffs initiation: when will I receive payment?
By default, payoff frequency is set to weekly. Every Monday, Guildara will transfer the payments collected during the last 7 days to your connected Stripe account.
Once a Guildara payoff is initiated, allow a few business days for the funds to appear in your connected bank account. The exact timing depends on the Stripe payout frequency you have set up on your Stripe dashboard. Payment processing fees
Guildara providers are charged Stripe processing fees, which are deducted before payoffs are sent to your connected Stripe account.
As of September 1, 2026, Stripe processing fees are 2.9% + $0.30 per online transaction.
Platform fees
If your organization is on the Pay-as-you-go plan, Guildara charges a platform fee for each online transaction, which is deducted before payoffs are sent to your connected Stripe account.
As of September 1, 2026, the platform fee is 1% per online transaction.
Payoffs and refunds
If a refund is issued, Stripe processing fees and any applicable Guildara platform fees are non-refundable. Guildara refunds 100% of the order total to the customer, meaning you, as the provider, absorb the cost of those fees. Learn more about the implications of refunds on your earnings.
Payoffs tracking: how do I know when I got paid?
- Email notifications: You will receive an email every time a payoff to your Stripe account is initiated. Notifications are enabled by default, but you can choose to disable them. Learn more.
- Payoffs Report: In this report, you’ll find a clear breakdown of the transfers Guildara has made to your connected Stripe account, helping you track your business earnings over time. Learn more.
