Pay as you go plan
The Pay-as-you-go plan is Guildara's default pricing option. When you create your organization, you're automatically enrolled in this plan. There's nothing you need to set up. After you sign up, you can immediately start publishing and managing your programs without adding a credit card.
Pay only when you receive online payments
If you are on the Pay-as-you-go plan:
- Guildara charges a 1% platform fee on online payments processed through the platform.
- This fee is deducted before we send your weekly payoff to your connected Stripe account.
It's simple: you only pay a fee when you earn.
Full transparency. No hidden fees.
If you're on the Pay-as-you-go plan, two fees are deducted from each online payment before your weekly payoff is sent:
- Stripe Processing Fee (charged by Stripe): 2.9% + $0.30 per payment.
- Guildara Platform Fee (charged by Guildara): 1% per payment.
Both fees are clearly itemized in your Payoffs report and your weekly payoff email
Frequently asked questions
Do I still pay Stripe processing fees if I’m on a Pay-as-you-go plan?
Yes. Stripe processing fees still apply and are deducted from your payoffs.
Can I pass the platform fee on to families?
Yes. You can add a custom fee that is charged to families during checkout to help cover your costs. This fee is optional and fully customizable.
What transactions are subject to the platform fee?
The 1% platform fee only applies to online payments processed through Guildara. It does not apply to offline payments or donations made to your organization.
Is a credit card required to sign up?
No. You can create your account, publish programs, and start accepting registrations without adding a credit card.
Does the Pay-as-you-go plan include all features?
Yes. Every Guildara pricing plan includes access to all platform features, including Scholarships and Donation tools.
Can I switch to a Subscription later?
Yes. You can switch to a Subscription at any time. As your organization grows, a Subscription plan may become a more cost-effective option. Learn abosut the Subscription plan.
