Guildara offers two pricing options so you can choose the one that best fits your organization.* No matter which plan you choose, you'll have access to the same features and opportunities on the platform:

Pay-as-you-go

Every organization starts on Guildara’s Pay-as-you-go plan by default:

  • No subscription or credit card required to get started.
  • Pay a 1% platform fee only when you receive online payments, so you only pay when you earn.

Subscription

As your organization grows, you can choose to switch to a Subscription plan:

  • Pay a fixed monthly or annual price with no 1% platform fee.
  • A good fit for organizations with higher online registration volume or those that prefer predictable costs.

All features included

Our mission is to increase access to extracurricular activities, not limit it. That's why every organization has access to the same tools, regardless of which pricing option they choose. Every plan includes access to:

Payment processing fees

At Guildara, we utilize the payment platform Stripe to collect secure online payments. Stripe charges a standard payment processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30 per charge for every online payment, regardless of your Guildara pricing plan. These processing fees are separate from any Guildara platform fees or subscription charges.
