Promote your programs on your website
Why it matters
If families are already visiting your website, they're interested in what you offer. Make it easy for them to register while they're there.
Even a simple Register button can turn more visitors into participants. Here's how to guide families from your website to Guildara.
Add a registration button to your website
- Log in to Guildara
- Copy the right link. Choose the link based on what you want to promote:
- Organization page: Use this when you want families to browse all your public activities.
- Specific activity page: Use this when you are promoting one class, camp, event, or program.
- Add the link to a clear button on your website. Paste the Guildara link as the button destination. Use simple button text such as “Register Now”, “View Programs” or “Enroll Today”.
💡 Learn more: Our Sharing your offerings guide shows you how to find the right Guildara link based on what you want to promote.
When families click the button, they will be taken directly to Guildara, where they can apply for scholarships and complete their registration.
