‍You can join and start using the platform for free. No upfront commitment and no credit card required. You can create your organization, publish activities, and explore all the features right away.

Starting September 7, 2026, Guildara will introduce a 1% platform fee on online transactions. This fee only applies when your organization receives payments through the platform — meaning Guildara only earns when your organization earns.

Like most online payments, there is also a 2.9% + $0.30 payment processing fee per transaction, which goes directly to our payment processor, Stripe.

If you’d like, you can choose to pass along an additional fee to families at checkout to help cover these costs. But this is completely optional and up to you. Learn more about how to set this up here.

As your programs grow, you may also have the option to switch to a flat monthly subscription, designed for organizations with higher registration volume that prefer predictable pricing.

Guildara's scholarships bring a reliable stream of charitable funding to your organization, making it profitable for you to open your doors to the underserved youth in your local community. Here's how they work:

• As you list your activity on guildara.com, our team reviews your activity to determine if it qualifies for our Scholarship Program.
• Once your activity is approved, families will see a “Check for scholarships” button right on your activity page. Clicking this button opens a secure form that takes less than 30 seconds to complete, and lets Guildara automatically determine their eligibility for one of our donor-funded scholarships.
• If the family is matched with a scholarship, they are instantly shown a discount that lowers the price of your activity to one that best-suits their financial situation.*

In order to safeguard underserved youth from potential stigmatization or discrimination, Guildara maintains strict confidentiality regarding the allocation of its donor-funded scholarships.

Not today. Scholarships provided by The Village Project collaborating with Guildara are only available to kids registering for your activities through Guildara. 

Many organizations start by listing just one or two activities on Guildara before moving the rest of their programs over. Yes, you may be managing two systems for a bit, but we make it easy to export your customer data. It’s a small trade-off for the chance to reach more families and offer scholarships that could significantly expand your reach and impact.

Over time, we’re confident you’ll find it easy (and rewarding!) to migrate all your activities to Guildara. 

Getting started only takes a few steps.

1. Create your account. Sign up with your email and password. No subscription or credit card is required.

2. Set up your organization. Add your organization's name, logo, and basic business information.

3. Get approved. Our team typically reviews new organizations within 72 hours and will reach out if anything is missing. This review helps ensure families discover accurate and trusted organizations on Guildara.

To help speed up the approval process, complete your profile by adding an organization description and links to your website or social media pages, such as Facebook or Instagram. You can also publish your first activity before your organization is approved. This allows our team to better understand the types of programs you offer and verify that they align with Guildara's policies and community standards, helping us complete your review more quickly.

4. Start accepting registrations. Once your organization is approved, you can begin accepting registrations through Guildara. If your activities are approved for scholarships, eligible families will also be able to apply for donor-funded scholarships during registration.
